RIGHT FROM A YOUNG AGE STANDING NEXT TO MY GRANDMOTHER, WATCHING, LEARNING & COOKING FOR THE FAMILY. THIS EARLY INTEREST SPARKED A PASSION FOR CREATING GREAT TASTING FOOD.

 

I TRAINED AS A PROFESSIONAL CHEF AT  WESTMINSTER COLLEGE & THEN LEARNED MY TRADE WITH SOME OF THE UK'S BEST HOTELS, RESTAURANTS & FOODIE ESTABLISHMENTS.

 

MORE RECENTLY I BECAME A FOOD PRODUCT DEVELOPER FOR DAYLESFORD ORGANIC & IT WAS HERE I FELL IN LOVE WITH PRESERVING THE SEASONS.

 

AFTER A WONDERFUL 10 YEARS WITH DAYLESFORD I WANTED TO CREATE A FINE FOOD BRAND THAT CAPTURED THE SEASONS AND IN 2011 I CREATED THE ARTISAN KITCHEN.
